Maria Xanthi joined our firm in 2024 and is involved in the firm’s corporate and commercial practice, with a particular focus on legal due diligence and the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts. Her work includes assisting with due diligence exercises and the preparation, review and negotiation of a range of commercial

agreements, while also contributing to legal research and advisory work.
