Angeliki Agrimaki joined the firm in 2009 as a trainee lawyer and is now an associate in the Piraeus office.
She is an attorney qualified to practice before the Appeal Court and a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2009.
Education
Angeliki obtained her law degree from the Law Faculty of the University of Thessaloniki in 2008 and her master’s degree (LL.M.) from the University of Kent, United Kingdom (2009) on International Commercial Law.
Practice Area
Her main areas of practice include shipping, shipping finance, banking, corporate and commercial law.
Main fields of activity:
- Shipping Law: shipping and all shipping related matters and in particular, ship sales and purchases, financing, registration of vessels, participating member of a team providing legal advices to many ship - owning companies.
- Corporate and Commercial Law: representing several Greek and foreign entrepreneurial clients in various transactions including corporate governance, establishment, regulatory issues, negotiating and drafting of various types of agreements, sale & purchase and supply contracts both in the English and Greek languages. Participating member of a team providing legal advices to Greek and foreign entrepreneurial clients regarding their corporate matters.
- Banking & Finance: acting for certain financial institutions in various transactions of finance of ship purchases and maritime mortgages.
- Civil Law: negotiating and drafting of different types of agreements re leasing, supplying, provision of service etc.
