General

Persi focuses on civil, corporate and commercial law, M&A and mediation in the same fields of law. She is engaged in a broad range of M&A and other commercial transactions, undertaking legal due diligence, drafting and negotiation of transactional documentation and handling of related Greek law formalities. In addition, Persi provides regulatory compliance services, advising clients on ensuring conformity with regulatory standards, AML/Fraud and other good practice and legal obligations.

She is also a privacy expert, with particular focus on processing of special categories of personal data. She is advising a wide range of companies, active in health, tourism and e-commerce sector on building long - term data security strategies.

She has extensive exposure to various E-discovery projects in London and Zurich.

Persi joined our firm in 2022. She is a member of the Athens Bar Association, an Accredited Mediator and a Certified Data Protection Officer.
