Education
Villie received her law degree from the Law Faculty of the University of Lausanne, Switzerland in 1988.

PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
Villie is a member of the Piraeus Bar Association since 1991. She has significant professional experience in the banking sector. Before joining our firm, she worked for over 15 years in the legal departments of EUROBANK, as an in-house lawyer and ALPHA BANK, as an in-house lawyer and Head of a Legal Office. Her main areas of practice include banking and commercial law, corporate lending, other financial products and services, regulatory compliance and restructuring of credit and loan facilities (advisory level).
